Payment rules
- Deposit: 20% before confirmation.
- Booking is confirmed only after deposit payment is completed. Confirmation will be sent by email.
- Remaining balance: cash in THB when the vehicle arrives or after transfer completion, depending on the chauffeur service arrangement.
- Full prepayment before the trip receives a 5% discount.
OTP verification
- Email OTP is the default verification method before payment confirmation.
- SMS OTP may be used as an optional fallback when available.
- Customer identity is verified before payment confirmation is treated as complete.
Refund policy
- Deposit and full payment refund rules will be shown in the final policy before payment is accepted.
- Cancellation timing rules are being prepared and will be reviewed before live payment collection.
- Exceptions are reviewed by an admin team; refunds are not promised as automatic.
